Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit. Final quotes reflect queue count, observation needs, and whether work is remote or on-site in Selangor.

What moves an estimate
- Number of distinct queues or product lines in scope
- Whether observation is remote only or includes Klang Valley site days
- Language of coaching materials (English standard; bilingual Malay/English on request)
- Urgency of delivery inside the standard 10–14 day assessment window
- Volume of historical exports you want reviewed beyond the recent fortnight
Deposits and billing
Assessments and reviews usually require a 40% deposit to reserve discovery dates, with the balance due on delivery of the final brief. Clinics are invoiced before the session. Monthly briefings are billed at the start of each month on a three-month minimum.
We do not process card payments on this site. Invoices are issued for bank transfer after scope is agreed. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
