Services described
Pages describing assessments, reviews, clinics, and briefings are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee quotation. We do not sell software licences or hosted analytics products through this site.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and downloadable materials remain the property of Handler Canvas Hub unless a statement says otherwise. Client materials you share for an engagement remain yours. Final findings briefs delivered under a paid engagement may be used internally by your organisation; republication requires our written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, submit malicious code, or use contact channels for unlawful spam.
Liability
Advisory recommendations depend on information you provide and on conditions outside our control, including staffing and third-party applications. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Handler Canvas Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or from decisions made solely on the basis of publicly available site copy. Liability under a signed engagement is limited as stated in that engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
