Refund & cancellation policy
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for our advisory engagements.

Scope
This policy applies to paid advisory engagements with Handler Canvas Hub: assessments, queue reviews, coaching metrics clinics, and monthly briefings. It does not cover software products, physical goods, or third-party licences, which we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be sent to info@handlercanvashub.digital or +60333421193 by the person named on the quotation. We respond within five business days.
Deposits
Assessments and reviews typically require a 40% deposit. Deposits secure discovery dates and preparation time.
- Full deposit refund: cancellation written at least 10 business days before the agreed kick-off.
- Partial refund (50% of deposit): cancellation between 5 and 9 business days before kick-off.
- Non-refundable deposit: cancellation fewer than 5 business days before kick-off, or failure to provide agreed access that prevents work from starting after two documented reminders.
Work already started
Once interviews or observation have begun, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused later stages may be refunded proportionally if we cancel or if both parties agree to stop.
Clinics
Clinic fees are refundable in full if cancelled at least 5 business days before the session. Later cancellations may be rescheduled once within 60 days; otherwise the fee is forfeited.
Monthly briefings
Monthly retainers have a three-month minimum. After the minimum, cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Prepaid months not yet started are refundable; the month in progress is not.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Client-requested reschedules made with at least 3 business days’ notice are usually accommodated without fee. No-shows for scheduled interviews or clinics without notice may be charged as delivered time.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned via the original bank-transfer method within 14 business days after approval. Processing times at receiving banks may vary.
Exceptions
If Handler Canvas Hub must cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work or a new date at no extra charge.
